AECOM is seeking a Project Information Manager to join our digital systems team in Brisbane. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role supporting the delivery of major transport infrastructure projects - work that sits at the centre of some of the most significant programs currently underway in the country. How you will make a difference Lead the Information Management function on assigned projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, standards, and client requirements at all stages of delivery. Contribute to the Digital Delivery Execution Plan (DDEP/DEXP) by coordinating across digital and production leads, including BIM, Automation and Systems, Visualisation and GIS, and CAD specialists. Enforce document control and information exchange workflows, ensuring project systems operate effectively and maintain consistent quality across all delivery workstreams. Work alongside technical and delivery teams to identify and mitigate digital delivery risks, supporting efficient workflows and helping the project meet its milestones. Feed project learnings into AECOM's ANZ digital teams and contribute to continuous improvement by keeping delivery toolkits current, relevant, and embedded in practice. The qualities that help you thrive The following qualifications and experience are highly desired. If you do not meet every criterion, we still encourage you to apply - all applications will be considered on their merits. A background in digital or information management within infrastructure or transport projects, with experience operating across live project environments rather than in a production or CAD capacity. Demonstrated expertise in setting up, governing, and optimising digital delivery systems and workflows - BIM experience is relevant, though broader systems and information management capability is what this role requires. Solid working knowledge of digital delivery platforms such as ProjectWise, with the ability to configure and manage these at project level; experience in transport infrastructure delivery will be a strong differentiator. Clear and effective communication skills, with the confidence to engage across all project levels - from technical teams through to project directors and clients. Australian citizenship is preferred given the nature of the portfolio; a degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Architectural Technology, or a related discipline is advantageous, though demonstrated experience will be the primary consideration.
