Senior Electrical Engineer (Industrial)

Responsibilities

• Be part of a new and growing Jakarta‑based team supporting Beca's New Zealand and Australian businesses on cross‑regional projects, while also delivering projects in Indonesia
• Delivering Electrical designs and documentation (drawings, specifications, calculations, schedules) across industrial, infrastructure and building projects.
• Design of LV power distribution, earthing and bonding, cable routing and protection coordination.
• Assist with reviews, design assurance, SiD, and compliance against applicable codes and standards.
• Participate in site visits, surveys and commissioning support as required.
• Partner closely with Beca's New Zealand and Australian offices, fostering enduring relationships and coordinated delivery across major industry sectors.
• Working with experienced engineers in developing energy recovery and carbon zero projects
• Working with site-based engineering teams delivering capital projects
• Prepare inputs for tenders/proposals and help drive delivery to programme and budget.

Requirements

• 5 -10 years' experience as an electrical engineer in consulting, EPC or asset owner environments
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) are essential.
