Serve as a strategic and technical partner across Software Packaging & Delivery, Deployment, Endpoint Engineering, OS Lifecycle, and Vulnerability Management.
Help define and evolve the endpoint management stack (Intune, MECM/SCCM, Jamf, Patch My PC, BeyondTrust, Autopilot).
Guide endpoint engineering and security capabilities, including privilege management, Java/browser controls, Conditional Access, OS security baselines, and end-user experience tooling.
Drive OS platform lifecycle execution, including release qualification, standards, governance gates, and change control for Windows and macOS.
Partner with Security, Procurement, Applications, SMEs, and managed service providers to align delivery plans, resolve blockers, and deliver integrated solutions.
Lead initiatives to modernize, optimize, and cost-manage core endpoint services.
Serve as incident leader for major software delivery or OS events, driving response, communication, RCA, and corrective actions.
Strengthen service quality and operational rigor through automation, AI, release readiness, documentation, runbooks, service metrics, and patch compliance.
Maintain hands-on technical credibility through design input and troubleshooting.
Represent EUC delivery in governance forums, architecture reviews, and vendor engagements.
Lead the Bangalore-based team (hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching, succession planning).
Mature Agile delivery practices, including prioritization and capacity management.
Build a high-performing, engaged team culture focused on retention and end-user outcomes.
Champion measurable improvements in end-user experience, reliability, and business value.
Your Skills and Expertise
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience: High School diploma/GED + 4 years IT experience).
7+ years in EUC software delivery, endpoint engineering, OS lifecycle, or related fields.
Hands-on expertise in at least one core area (Intune/MECM/Jamf/PatchMyPC delivery, endpoint engineering, or OS lifecycle).
2+ years of people leadership experience (direct or indirect).
Experience leading major OS/platform programs (Windows 11, Hotpatch, LTSC, Copilot+ PC, macOS upgrades).
Experience evaluating and modernizing endpoint security tools (e.g., BeyondTrust vs CyberArk, Java alternatives, DEX tools like SysTrack or Endpoint Analytics).
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-team programs on tight timelines (PMP/Scrum a plus).
Experience advising senior leadership and shaping delivery strategy.
Experience leading globally distributed teams and working across time zones.
Experience operating in a mixed MSP / FTE delivery
