Job Duties: Welcome customers and ensure they receive prompt, courteous, and effective service Interact with customers (in person and via phone) to determine immediate and future service needs and prioritize required services Perform a visual inspection of vehicles and ask detailed questions about vehicle performance to accurately assess concerns Complete service work orders and clearly explain recommended services and associated costs to customers Use a consultative approach to educate customers on vehicle maintenance, services, and product offerings Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers to ensure clear communication and efficient service delivery Provide administrative support to Service Advisors as needed Follow up with service customers when their assigned advisor is unavailable Demonstrate excellent customer service aligned with company mission and values Continue training alongside experienced advisors to develop the skills necessary to become a successful Service Advisor Complete and maintain all required company and dealer training Ability to work Saturdays Education and Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate an automobile Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment Compensation: $18/hr + commission #LI-EB1 At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
