Job Description The Opportunity: The Seasonal Merchandise Handler Lead is located at the AG NYC Retail Flagship location and reports directly to the Operations Manager. This position is responsible for assisting in the management of the back of house operations and to provide positive leadership support to the team. What Your Impact Will Be: Monitor and supervise placement of merchandise both on the selling floor and in the stockroom according to visual, safety and efficiency standards. Supervise and verify incoming and outgoing trailers and manifests. Promote positive team environment; motivate department members; support buddy training, develop skill set of team; maintain solution-orientated approach in support of overall business and team. Communicate internal and external concerns to manager; communicate company, store, and department information to associates. Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned.
