Director of Solutions Engineering

About the role

ASAPP builds the AI that runs customer experience for the world's largest enterprises: tier-1 airlines, global banks, telcos, and insurers whose contact centers handle hundreds of millions of interactions a year. Our Customer Experience Platform (CXP) puts generative AI directly into voice and digital channels at production scale, where accuracy is non-negotiable. We're hiring a Director of Solution Engineering to lead and scale our pre-sales function. You'll personally own the most strategic deals while leading the team and playbooks that let us win the next ten. You'll lead a small, senior team of Solution Engineers today (2 to 4) and scale it as the business grows. As ASAPP expands, the role grows with it.
