About the role
You will contribute to the development of the AU Brand Activation Plan, ensuring AU's chosen brand signals are reinforced through segment propositions, narrative structures, content and promotional activity (eg, events, sponsored media, digital and paid social). This includes providing segment inputs, content needs, key moments and amplification ideas - then help deliver activity that reinforces AU brand signals. You will lead development of strategic marketing plans, budgets, actions, approvals and reporting across 3 priority segments alongside market leads in the business. Working closely with market leaders and brand teams, you'll develop clear, compelling propositions and messaging, building structured narratives, key messages, proof points and supporting materials that strengthen clarity and consistency across segments. You'll also lead content development-such as case studies, thought leadership, and event or pitch collateral-coordinating delivery with Content and Design teams to ensure quality and alignment. In addition, you'll oversee key marketing channels, including web and landing pages, email (where relevant), organic social, events and sponsorship activity to maximise engagement and visibility. You'll coordinate paid and sponsored amplification across media, paid social and digital advertising, working with specialists and agencies to ensure smooth execution and capturing insights to inform future activity. You'll also support segment recruitment campaigns by aligning messaging, content and channels with Talent Acquisition to address capability gaps and support business needs. About You You're a B2B marketing professional with experience leading campaigns, developing content and working across multiple stakeholders. You're confident translating complex inputs into clear, structured messaging and deliverables, and bring a strong, organised approach to managing multiple priorities. You build effective relationships, influence stakeholders and contribute to delivering aligned, high-quality outcomes with a clear commercial focus.
