In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting new foster parents and managing their licensing, re-licensing, and training. You will coordinate relationships with counties and referral sources, meet bi-weekly with children and foster parents, and oversee daily operations of the regional program. You will design and implement a recruitment plan to support program growth and ensure all state requirements are met in foster homes. Additionally, you will handle grievances, maintain knowledge of program and clinical processes, and participate in internal and external committees to address Social Policy regarding foster care and children aging out. Other duties may be assigned by the State Director, Treatment Foster Care.
