Liquid Personnel is looking for an experienced and driven Regional Manager to oversee a group of high-quality Children's Homes of its client in the Preston area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior leader with a Good to Outstanding Ofsted track record who is ready to take on a new challenge and help shape the future of residential childcare in the region. About the Organisation: Our client is a leading provider of therapeutic residential care for children and young people with complex needs. Their homes are nurturing, safe, and child-centred, with a strong focus on emotional wellbeing, education, and long-term outcomes. They are committed to giving every child the opportunity to thrive in a stable and supportive environment. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting new foster parents and managing their licensing, re-licensing, and training. You will coordinate relationships with counties and referral sources, meet bi-weekly with children and foster parents, and oversee daily operations of the regional program. You will design and implement a recruitment plan to support program growth and ensure all state requirements are met in foster homes. Additionally, you will handle grievances, maintain knowledge of program and clinical processes, and participate in internal and external committees to address Social Policy regarding foster care and children aging out. Other duties may be assigned by the State Director, Treatment Foster Care.
