As a Porter / Concierge, no two days are the same. You will assist our guests with all aspects of their arrival and departure experience, and everything in between - luggage assistance, valet parking and responding to guest requests - whilst at the same time, creating stories that stay. Be the first point of contact and greet guests with a warm welcome every time Provide exceptional service to our guests in every interaction by anticipating their needs, responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously Share your knowledge and passion for Melbourne with visitors to our city Be the "face" of our hotel Welcome our guests and make them feel special Assist guests with general enquiries and luggage requests Valet parking of cars General Porter duties as required Hourly Pay rates: Mon to Fri: $25.85 (+ $2.81 evening loading after 7pm) Saturday: $32.31 Sunday: $38.78 Public Holidays: $58.16 Plus: Guaranteed weekly hours Annual leave entitlements Sick leave entitlements What we can offer you: A fun work environment where your job is simply to make people happy!
