WORK ENVIRONMENT:
May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.
The casino is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You may be required to work on any of the days the casino is open including weekends and holidays.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager, delivers and explain items table side, communicate efficiently, and cleans appropriate areas ensuring a memorable guest experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida/Departmental Policies and Procedures.
Knowledgeable of all facets to the operation as well as property.
Knowledgeable of restaurant seating plan including sections, table number and seat numbers; knowledgeable of restaurant (ordering) systems; expediting systems.
Is familiar with all menu; menu specification and specials.
Responsible for compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a clean, safe, hazard- free work environment within the area of responsibility.
Assist other line employees with daily responsibilities.
Serves all guests according to established standards of service.
Delivers all items in a timely and courteous manner.
