High School Diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of related manufacturing, maintenance, automation, or industrial equipment experience.
OSHA 10 certification (or equivalent).
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, repair, and improve manufacturing equipment and automated systems.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to support production and continuous improvement initiatives.
Associate's Degree in Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related technical field preferred.
Technical certification in a relevant discipline preferred.
Due to the nature of work performed and access to export-controlled information, U.S. Citizenship is required.

As a Manufacturing Equipment Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our production operations running at peak performance. Working alongside engineers and production teams, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and optimize manufacturing equipment and automation systems that support critical customer and mission requirements.
In this hands-on role, you'll identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, increase efficiency, and support automation initiatives. You'll perform equipment modifications, testing, and validation activities while helping develop work instructions and training operators on safe and effective equipment use.
