Position Summary : The Senior Grant Accountant plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely financial management and reporting for a complex portfolio of domestic and international grants. Currently reporting to the VP, Controller, Treasury & Financial Ops, this role serves as a subject-matter expert in grant accounting, supports audit readiness, and partners closely with program and finance teams. This position is well-suited for a seasoned grant accounting professional who brings strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and a desire to deepen systems experience within a growing and evolving finance organization. This position is classified as hybrid, in accordance with Audubon's "Where We Work" Policy. Hybrid employees are expected to work in an Audubon office every Monday and Tuesday and an additional two days each month of the employee's choosing.
