Technology Proficiency: Effectively hosts and facilitates virtual learning using Microsoft Teams and other collaboration platforms to ensure seamless delivery and participant interaction
Coaching & Mentoring: Guides learners in applying skills and knowledge to real-world, job-relevant scenarios to reinforce learning transfer
Project Management: Demonstrates strong organizational skills to manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously within an agile framework
Requirements
2 or more years of facilitation experience and 2 years of content development
Traveling is required, up to 50% based on business needs and demand

Allstate is currently seeking an L&D Senior Consultant II based in Canada (Toronto) to support Global Learning and Development. This role is responsible for facilitating leadership and employee development through engaging and impactful learning experiences aligned with enterprise and business unit strategies. This role emphasizes equipping individuals with the skills needed to drive business outcomes while ensuring programs are customer-centered, efficient, and cost-effective. This role works collaboratively with Business Stakeholders, Project Teams, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in both English and French.
The ideal candidate will be based in or near the Toronto area to facilitate in-person workshops at our Toronto pod, in addition to delivering sessions virtually and traveling within and/or outside of Canada as needed.
