Audit Pre-Work Coordinator The primary responsibility of the Audit Pre-Work is to assist RFA team in the preparation and desk audit phase of the HC audit. Ensure field audit teams arrive onsite with complete background materials, validated data sets, and clearly defined operational focus areas. Provide ongoing off‑site support during fieldwork by responding to follow‑up data or documentation requests. Assist in research of new data analytics and tools including helping to validate those evolving tools. Research red flags to provide the Auditors with information to facilitate their ongoing and upcoming auditors. Years of Related Experience: 1-2 years of assisting/supporting with audit/audit planning, accounting, business analysis, process improvement and research efforts. These audits are performed at retail HCs located in nearly 30 states across the USA. Part of the audit work involves site visits to homes set up in the field and the circumstances found at homesites will vary. Care must be taken to avoid risks to personal safety, whether it be dogs, outcomes related to assumed/presumed trespassing (homes set up on family-owned land) or from anyone who might be occupying a home that should not currently occupy the home, and the varied risks associated with visiting a home still under construction.
