About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Security (Physical Security) to join Crown's Security & Organisational Resilience function. This is a senior leadership role responsible for leading and overseeing Security Operations across a complex, 24/7 integrated resort environment, ensuring the safety of guests, team members and assets while delivering strong regulatory compliance. Operating at both strategic and operational levels, the role partners closely with executive leadership, regulators and law enforcement to manage risk, strengthen business continuity and drive a high performance security culture. With oversight of incident response, emergency management and ongoing capability uplift, the Head of Security ensures security operations support both operational excellence and Crown's reputation. Key responsibilities include: Leading Security Operations strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, risk appetite and regulatory requirements Overseeing 24/7 security operations, incident response and emergency management capability across the resort environment Driving proactive risk management, compliance adherence and continuous improvement across security frameworks and processes Managing strategic relationships with regulators, law enforcement and internal stakeholders Leading, developing and optimising a large, high performing security workforce and operating model About You This role suits an experienced security leader with strong operational capability, strategic mindset and a proven ability to lead large, complex teams within high risk or highly regulated environments. You bring deep industry knowledge, strong stakeholder engagement capability and the ability to balance risk, compliance and customer experience. You are a confident and visible leader who thrives in 24/7 operational environments, with a track record of driving performance, engagement and continuous improvement. Your approach is proactive, data informed and focused on delivering safe, secure and high quality environments. You will bring: Experience in Security Operations, with demonstrated leadership in complex or regulated environments Proven ability to lead and develop large teams, including indirect reports, in 24/7 operational settings Strong experience in risk management, compliance and incident response within high risk environments Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with regulators and law enforcement Relevant security qualifications and the ability to obtain required licences and clearances On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
