Perform service, repair, and preventative maintenance work in accordance with the service program for the specific customer.
Accurately record work record details, productive versus travel time, and parts used for each job.
Stay updated on changes to Stanley equipment and Ansi156.10 standards.
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and property responsibly.
Manage inventory for the service vehicle and keep an inventory log.
Maintain excellent customer relations and provide high-quality service.
Assist and instruct others in service methods.
What You Need To Succeed:
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift and carry 50-75 lbs.
Ability to work independently with strong communication skills.
Physical ability to climb ladders, stand on concrete for long periods, and work in various climates.
Ability to stoop, bend, crouch, kneel, crawl, and work overhead.
Flexible schedule, including availability for night/weekend work or "On Call" shifts.
Additional Preferred Skills & Knowledge:
Prior experience servicing automated doors
Prior experience in the Electrical Troubleshooting preferred
