Minimum Education and/or Training: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field of study required. Master's degree (preferred). Minimum Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or similar roles. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with proficiency in financial modeling. Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Proficiency in Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools; experience with BI tools preferred. Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence without direct authority. Proven performance in earlier role/comparable role.
