Requirements
MBA, or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
10+ years of product management or related experience in technical products/services
5+ years of leading teams of product managers or technical leaders (directly/distributed)
Proven track record of delivering successful global infrastructure and AI services
Strong technical depth with ability to engage in architectural discussions with engineering teams
Proven ability to drive innovation while maintaining operational excellence
Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Key job responsibilities
- Be the voice of international grocery customers; translate deep local customer insights into actionable inputs, shape global CX with local nuances driving execution and measurable impact.
- Own operationalizing core and proven grocery CX features from around the world internationally at the right quality and speed working with country and technical leaders.
- Challenge/champion/escalate for global parity and international by design by tracking central roadmaps, ensuring international customers aren't left behind or treated as second class citizens.
- Build and codify mechanisms with key leaders for feature parity; partner with regional teams to inspect and improve local CX execution and impact
