Your New Role Develop and refine analytical use cases with internal stakeholders, in alignment with Analytics leads and business partners. Support the development and ongoing enhancement of pricing projects, incorporating machine learning components and applying DevOps and/or MLOps practices where appropriate . Prepare and present analyses and data visualisations that clearly communicate results, insights, and recommendations to business stakeholders. Share knowledge and contribute reusable practices, tools, and techniques within the team and across the broader organisation. Build and maintain effective working relationships across the team and with key stakeholders. Track and report the benefits delivered to internal stakeholders. Contribute to Data & Analytics architecture, as well as reporting, analysis, and modelling standards and methodologies. About You Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Detailed knowledge of contemporary statistical and machine learning techniques, and their practical business applications. Working knowledge of DevOps and MLOps tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, and Jira. Intermediate knowledge of relational databases and data processing technologies such as SQL and Spark. Understanding of experimental design techniques and their associated limitations. Working knowledge of probability theory and statistics. Ability to distil complex problems into appropriate data science or machine learning approaches. Ability to engage effectively with senior team members and business stakeholders, and to communicate findings clearly. Ability to support the development of architectural prototypes that integrate machine learning with complex and evolving IT systems. Advanced data visualisation skills (e.g. Power BI, ggplot , Matplotlib). Inquisitive mindset with a passion for business improvement and evidence-based analysis. Intermediate to advanced programming skills, particularly in Python and R. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Experience generating meaningful insights from large structured and unstructured datasets. Experience applying modern data science tools such as R, Python, and Databricks. Experience collaborating on programming projects; familiarity with DevOps and MLOps tools would be an advantage. Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
