You will own end-to-end recruitment delivery, partnering closely with clients to manage high-volume hiring, meet SLAs and KPIs, and provide market insight and strategic support. You'll act as a key escalation point, drive service excellence, and identify opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns and ensure delivery against targets
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
Coordinate internal teams and suppliers to deliver efficient hiring solutions
Provide market insight and manage expectations with stakeholders
Lead service reviews and report on performance metrics
About You
Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills
Confident communicator, able to influence and challenge where needed
Experience in fast-paced or high-volume recruitment
Commercially aware and solutions-focused
