Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required.
2+ years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting.
Strong communication skills and customer support.
Ability to manage large data sets; highly organized and adaptable.
Skilled at managing multiple priorities and expectations.
Proven relationship-building skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Knowledge of SAP and BPC (preferred, not required).
