Forwards unresolved matters to appropriate staff and offices for further action. Performs accurate data entry and retrieval on various systems. Create comprehensive and accurate incident descriptions, and collects accurate location information. Makes visual inspection of all operating equipment or arrange to have maintenance done by designated personnel. Participate in training sessions as necessary. May be required to work unscheduled or extended hours as needed; performs related tasks as needed.
