Your Job: As a Product Fit and Wear Test Analyst, you will support the Product Fit and Wear Test Program Manager in executing daily fit and wear testing activities for our Footwear. You will work closely with Asia Footwear Development, Sourcing, Commercialization and Quality teams to ensure that Brooks' products meet the consistent expectation of Fit, Feel, and Ride. This role is critical in collecting, organizing, and summarizing tester feedback, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining operational excellence across the testing process. This is an ideal role for someone passionate about sports, product testing, and footwear performance, who is looking to build foundational skills in product development and testing operations. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Biomechanics, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Science, Business, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in product testing, product development, quality assurance, running retail, or related fields.
• Ability to understand and empathize with the runner, enthusiasm about sports performance, and product evaluation.
• Passionate about running, sports performance, and product evaluation.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Vietnamese proficiency required. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
• Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with database management is a plus.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and develop within the footwear and sports industry
