Compliance Analyst, Debt Market Services - Perpetual Corporate Trust

About the role

In this position, you will support the team with reviewing and managing documentation and our internal registers , ensuring accuracy and compliance within a complex regulatory and contractual environment. The project relates to a specialised regulatory framework known as the Personal Property Securities Act (PPSA) and the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR). These registrations are critical in debt markets and securitisation, as they help determine priority rights, protect investors and ensure transactions remain compliant with regulatory requirements. In this role, you will support the review and management of PPSA registrations, ensuring accuracy, completeness and alignment with transaction documentation and regulatory expectations , while identifying opportunities to improve processes across the register.
