5+ year of relevant work experience in RDMA NIC software developments, solution architect, chip architect, or system architect
Familiar with popular GPU architecture, memory model, NoC and Scale-up would be preferred
Familiar with popular AI Infra software stack, including communication library, SHMEM, and DeepEP, and popular AI models would be preferred
Experience with architecture design, protocol designs, implementation, debugging in AI cluster networks or a similar domain would be preferred
Superior analytical skills to "connect the dots" between customer requirements,
Broadcom's product portfolio, and ecosystem partners' product portfolio
Ability to independently drive technical solution investigation, architecture design and prototype development is required
Excellent organizational and communication skills are required
Fluent verbal and written English communication skill is mandatory
A strong drive and passion to explore new technologies
Proactive, self-motivated and working independently

Job Description:
This position requires a senior solution architect to drive solution architecture activities with China data center customers, XPU vendors, AI model companies and OEMs.
The candidate will work at a deep technical level on top of existing and future Broadcom assets, including chips, firmware, microcode, SDK/drivers and application software, defining solution architectures in close partnership with Broadcom's customers, and performing hand-on works, including prototype development, to realize and validate the essential aspects of these solution architectures to prove Broadcom's technical advantages.
In addition, the candidate will work closely with Broadcom customers and industry on requirements identification, architecture definition and discussions for new Broadcom assets with close collaboration of internal cross-function Broadcom teams.
