About the role
You will join the Campaign Communication team, a collaborative and friendly group working at the intersection of data, marketing, digital and technology. The team partners closely with Business, Marketing, Digital, IT and Data colleagues to deliver relevant, personalized and compliant customer communications with measurable impact. Your day to day Work closely with Data Analysts, Marketing, Digital, IT and Business stakeholders to define and execute campaigns. Use Campaign Management Systems to select eligible customers, define targeting criteria and ensure end- to- end campaign execution. Contribute to campaign data framework developments, including SQL-based DataMart queries and data quality assurance. Provide optimization recommendations related to selection criteria, channels, A/B testing and success measurement. Manage execution of digital campaigns in internet and mobile banking channels. Develop, test and automate direct marketing campaigns using analytical and behavioral data. Participate in cross-functional projects related to campaign tools, dashboards and new channel integrations. What you bring to the team Strong technical knowledge of database management systems (MS-SQL, Oracle, MySQL). 3-5+ years of experience in CRM / Campaign Management and technical campaign design. Experience with Campaign Management tools; HCL / SAS / Braze is a plus. Bachelor's degree. Analytical mindset with strong attention to data quality and optimization. G ood English language skills. Collaboration skills, ownership mentality and passion for customer-centric delivery.
