As the Business Development Manager, you will utilise your strong networking skills for the purpose of pipeline building, sales generation, and new business acquisition. You will identify and secure new business opportunities, manage existing and new network relationships to facilitate the successful acquisition of new clients, and establish strong fleet and finance pipelines for the business. At MMS clear expectations help our people Be the Difference. Your key responsibilities in this role will include: Developing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed new business targets. Actively managing a continuous prospect pipeline and developing strategic client relationships. Preparing and managing sales presentations and negotiations with prospects. Ensuring client expectations are satisfied from prospect identification to final client acceptance and handover. Planning and organising personal sales activities to maximise the return on time investment. Capturing, tracking, and reporting on all sales activity. Adhering to internal and external compliance requirements for all technical and operational plans. Building, advocating and maintaining strong internal and external networks and relationships with current and potential stakeholders. To be considered for this role you will have: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Experience with and understanding of the fleet leasing or automotive industry. A tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline or equivalent education is highly desirable.
