Manage the regional accounts along with the KAM with respect to JBP, TOT and P&L.
Drive Business objectives of Sales, Market share across categories, Visibility score cards. Work closely with the KAM Ops in Planning and Strategy.
Manage the team of Promoters and Merchandisers in assigned geography.
Manage the contact mapping with all Key Store and Regional contact points in assigned areas.
Drive all SOP's of MT in the area and ensue 100% compliance to Haleon Ways of Working.
Number of indirect reports: 8-10
Basic Qualifications & Required Experience:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Minimum qualification: MBA - General Management / Business Management
6+ Years out of which 2 years as ASE or KDE in Modern Trade is a must.
Area of Specialization: Marketing, Sales
Strategic planning & executing excellence is key part of the role.

JOB PURPOSE
Be product ambassador, promoting Haleon leading brands.
Build relationships with retailers and distributors.
Build in-store awareness by leading promotions, launching new products, and educating shoppers.
Ensure we present and promote our products in the best way. Helping shoppers make informed choices.
Moreover, as an ASE MT at Haleon, people would be responsible for ensuring the delivery of our organisational business plan within a specific geography. These business plans include required infrastructure, distributor networks, and distribution points, in-store execution, and sales value delivery. In this role, people will help translate Haleon' business strategy in trade, achieving a mutually beneficial strategy with our trade partners.
