HR Generalist

About the role

We're looking for a proactive and people-centered HR Generalist to support and strengthen HR operations across our LATAM region, in close alignment with global People Operations direction. In this role, you'll be responsible for the execution and continuous improvement of core HR processes while ensuring a positive, consistent, and compliant employee experience across LATAM. You will work closely with the Business Operations Manager and collaborate with regional and global stakeholders, gaining hands-on exposure to cross-border operations and multiple HR initiatives. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in HR roles, ideally supporting HR operations.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance and operational best practices in Mexico.
• Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt quickly to new technologies.
• A service-oriented, improvement-driven, and culturally aware mindset.
