Competitive remuneration VND package for Vietnamese candidates.Contract duration: 6 monthsAnnual leave: 1 day per working monthPrivate insuranceFree use of onsite sports and fitness facilitiesLibrary on campus and online - access to the RMIT Australia online libraryAccess to state-of-the-art facilities and resourcesA vibrant and diverse campus life and more!POSITION SUMMARYKey Accountabilities SummaryProgram DeliveryExecute social/cultural initiatives and capability-building programs that address community development, human development, and social impact.Develop and formalize program documentations: Program Brief, Logic Model, Impact KPI Framework, and Roadmap Proposal.Ensure strategic alignment with Sustainability Development Goals, Sustainability Strategy, and institutional goals.Conduct sustainability assessments, analyze data, and develop action plans to address identified ESG risks and opportunities, while promoting a culture of sustainability throughout RMIT VietnamProvide subject matter expertise and guidance on sustainability best practices to internal and external stakeholders across RMIT Vietnam, with a focus on embedding sustainability into RMIT Vietnam policies, processes and practicesFoster partnerships and collaborations with stakeholders to drive sustainability initiativesCommunicate RMIT sustainability efforts and achievements to internal and external stakeholders through reports, presentations, and other means, with a focus on inspiring and engaging employees and stakeholders in sustainability effortsParticipate in the Sustainability Committee (Operational Working Group) and report to SM, OHSS&S.Execute program delivery in collaboration with Operations and Communications teams to ensure feasibility, quality, and timely delivery.Establish and monitor impact KPIs; drive continuous improvement based on data, insights, and stakeholder input.Community Engagement & Capability BuildingTrain and mentor Student Ambassadors on social impact, community engagement, and program content.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, student groups, and community partners.Provide expert consultation to other sustainability portfolios on social/community impact integration.Quality, Experience & Risk ManagementIdentify operational risks and coordinate mitigation with Ops, Comms, and relevant stakeholdersReporting & GovernanceTrack impact data, document learnings, and contribute to unit-wide sustainability reporting.Ensure compliance with internal governance, policies, and quality standards.Undertake any other duties as required by the Manager, Sustainability.Key Selection CriteriaBachelor's degree or higher in Social Sciences, Community Development, Human Development, or related fields.Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project management within social impact, education, community development, or related sectors.Proven experience in designing programs and evaluating social/community impact.Strong expertise in community development, social impact frameworks, and capability-building methodologies.Solid program design skills, including logic modelling, KPI development, and impact measurement.Strong project management and operational planning skills.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to mentor and engage youth or volunteers.Experience working in higher education, sustainability, or large-scale community programs.Ability to collaborate effectively across multi-disciplinary teams.Commitment
