Business Application Expert Act as the functional expert for warehouse and fulfilment systems within the Group Supply Chain organization. - Support the implementation of Manhattan Active WMS, including functional analysis, testing, configuration support, and user adoption. - Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and system requirements. - Define and document WMS KPI specifications in alignment with operational and management needs. - Prepare and maintain training materials, documentation, SOPs, procedures, and task instructions. - Work closely with supply chain, operations, IT, and key users to ensure process consistency and solution adoption. - Support reporting needs and contribute to dashboard design, with Power BI as a strong asset. - Promote best practices and ensure alignment with Medimarket Group logistics standards. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse and fulfilment performance. Role & Responsibilities Supports or executes configuration(changes), testing, documentation, and incident analysis of business applications. Acts as second-line support and contributes to training and rollout activities. Main duties Functional Expertise & Configuration Maintain base knowledge of the application and its parameters Configure simple workflows, rules, and settings Document requirements and test scenarios Analyse incident root causes with guidance Identify basic gaps between business needs and system behaviour User Support & Enablement Act as first and/or second-line support for functional issues Prepare training materials and documentation Support user onboarding in new countries or teams Facilitate workshops with guidance Continuous Improvement Collect operational feedback Suggest or make configuration fixes or small improvements Support or execute testing of new features, releases, migrations Data Quality & Governance Configure, define and apply validation rules and maintain data integrity Support investigations into data inconsistencie Interface with IT/Vendors Escalate technical issues Participate in release definition, realization and testing Competencies Analyzing: Correctly analyzes situations.
