Design, develop, and deploy scalable SharePoint (Online/On-Prem) solutions, including applications, portals, and workflow-driven tools.
Build and implement workflow and forms solutions using platforms such as Power Automate, Nintex, K2, or similar BPM tools.
Develop integrations using .NET (C#), APIs, and Microsoft technologies to connect SharePoint with enterprise systems such as SAP, Office 365, and Azure services.
Apply software engineering best practices (SDLC, version control, testing, and release management) to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to analyze requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
Support modernization and optimization of legacy workflow and forms solutions.
Contribute to architecture standards, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives across digital platforms.
Requirements
Proven experience developing SharePoint solutions, including customization, deployment, and integrations.
Strong background in workflow automation platforms (Power Automate, Nintex, K2, or similar).
Solid software development experience using .NET (C#), REST APIs, SQL, and Microsoft technologies.
Ability to design scalable, reusable, and secure solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Effective communication and collaboration skills in global, distributed teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
