Network Administrator Sr Principal/IAC Engineer

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT:
You will play a crucial role in providing support in the following areas:
Lead the development and implementation of software defined initiatives.
Provide subject matter expertise with the knowledge of processes and procedures related to the development and transition to cloud, hybrid-cloud, and multiple CSPs.
Use tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or CloudFormation to write code that defines infrastructure components like servers, databases, networks, and security groups.
Store infrastructure code in a version control system to track changes, enable rollbacks, and collaborate with other engineers.
Test infrastructure code changes in staging environments to ensure they function as expected.
Monitor the performance and health of deployed infrastructure, identifies potential bottlenecks, and optimizes configurations for efficiency.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
BS degree; may be substituted for additional years of experience
10+ years of IT/DoD configuration management experience
Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
Required Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation certified within 9 months of start; GFACT or CND or Security+ or GSEC
Location: Offutt AFB, NE
Deep understanding of cloud service models
Experience with hybrid ‑ cloud and multi ‑ cloud environments
CI/CD pipeline integration for infrastructure deployments
Automated OS patching and configuration management

The likely salary range for this position is $119,000 - $161,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
