Responsibilities

  • You take ownership of Salesforce and HubSpot, as well as connected systems such as Certinia (e.g. for quoting, project, or billing processes), ensuring a stable and user-friendly system landscape

  • You manage integrations and interfaces between CRM, marketing automation, and Certinia, driving standardization and clean end-to-end processes
  • You train and enable stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, and, if applicable, Finance/Operations), coach key users, and handle complex operational challenges hands-on
  • Your Profile
  • You have several years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, or as a CRM/Automation Specialist-ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • You bring strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot, as well as experience with Certinia (or comparable solutions)
  • You understand sales-related KPIs and end-to-end processes-from lead and pipeline management to project, billing, and revenue logic
  • You work analytically, in a structured and self-driven manner, and can pragmatically resolve complex system and process dependencies
  • You communicate clearly and collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Finance/Operations, and are confident in training and enabling users
  • You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
