Responsibilities
- You'll oversee two core teams and unify them into a single operating engine:

- Own delivery outcomes: time-to-value, go-live quality, integration success, and customer satisfaction.
- Build a delivery machine that can scale across:
- Different customer archetypes (fintech vs bank)
- Different integration patterns and architectures
- Varying regulatory and security requirements
- Create and enforce delivery rigor:
- Implementation playbooks, milestones, and templates
- Risk management and escalation mechanisms
- Cross-functional execution with Engineering, Product, Security/Compliance, and Support
- Drive continuous improvement: shorten timelines, reduce rework, standardize integrations, and improve handovers.

- Build a tight feedback loop from customer learnings → product priorities → delivery improvements → sales enablement.
- Define and report on KPIs across the full funnel:

- RfX success rate and cycle time

- You bring 8-10+ years in Solution Engineering / Solutions Consulting / Technology Consulting / Delivery / Implementation leadership (ideally in B2B SaaS). And 3-5 years leading team(s).
- You've led multi-team orgs and can scale through managers and senior ICs.
- You have deep technical fluency and can credibly engage with customer engineers and security stakeholders on:
- APIs & integrations
- SDKs
- SaaS and cloud-native architecture
- Information security, risk, and compliance expectations
- Enterprise rollout realities and operationalization
- You've worked in or with regulated financial environments (fintech, banking, payments, KYC/AML, identity, fraud, compliance tech) and you understand what "enterprise-grade" really means.
