The Imaging Education Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of assigned Education & Workforce Solutions (EWS) portfolio offerings. This role translates the strategic vision set by EWS leadership into operationally viable, scalable, and profitable education products through strong cross-functional collaboration.
This individual will lead the strategy, development, maintenance, and commercialization of education product offerings across imaging modalities, with a particular focus on Price Book ownership, CPQ alignment, and commercial execution. The role ensures that all education solutions are accurately structured, priced, configured, and positioned to support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Serving as a key liaison across Product Management, Clinical Practices, Education Business Managers, and operational stakeholders, the Product Manager ensures alignment between education content, pricing strategy, and go-to-market execution.
The ideal candidate combines strategic product management expertise with strong commercial acumen and has a proven ability to translate business and clinical needs into standardized, scalable education solutions. Own the product lifecycle management for assigned EWS education portfolio offerings, from concept through commercialization and ongoing optimization
Translate EWS leadership strategy into actionable product roadmaps and deliverables
Lead Price Book strategy and governance, ensuring accurate pricing, bundling, and margin optimization
Drive CPQ alignment, ensuring education products are properly configured for quoting, ordering, and sales execution
Partner closely with Clinical Practices and Education Business Managers to align offerings with market needs and delivery capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle performance
Ensure education solutions are standardized, scalable, and aligned to go-to-market strategies
Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for portfolio improvement, expansion, or rationalization
Act as a central point of coordination between strategy, commercial execution, and operational delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, education, life sciences, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product management, commercial operations, pricing, education portfolio management, or a related field.
Experience working with Price Books, product structures, parts management, and/or CPQ systems.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with clinical, commercial, operational, and technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing complex portfolios across multiple product lines or modalities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
