This role will be an integral member of the Retail Wealth Southeast Asia team, with a focus on Thailand coverage. The individual is expected to execute the Thailand wealth distribution sales strategy, drive net new flows and AUM growth, and deepen partnerships with local asset managers, banks, securities firms and wealth platforms, strengthening Franklin Templeton's presence in Thailand. The individual will work closely with the Southeast Asia Retail Wealth leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver sales targets and expand market share within agreed strategic priorities. The candidate is required to demonstrate a solid understanding of investment products, the Thailand wealth distribution landscape, and the business development needs of wealth distribution partners. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant client ownership and revenue responsibility. How You Will Add Value? Own and execute Franklin Templeton wealth distribution strategy across wealth distribution channels, with the objective of market share growth in Thailand Drive net fund flows, deliver sales targets Develop and grow distribution partners, with a particular focus on strategic partnerships Cultivate and deepen senior-level relationships with key decision-makers and product gatekeepers Prioritize effectively to focus efforts on most promising opportunities for medium- and long- term business growth Manage commercial negotiations, platform positioning, product launches, and marketing initiatives Monitor competitor activities and distributor trends to refine commercial strategy Work in close partnership with Franklin Templeton teams to deliver high - quality service experience to clients Coordinate with appropriate teams to ensure expedient and accurate resolution of all client inquiries Execute sales initiatives independently, build and deliver sales presentations that complement specific advisor/distributor business profiles Work closely with Retail Wealth team members toward the common goal of growing the wealth distribution footprint Handle RFPs, annual DD and related queries Partner with Marketing and Corporate Communications to generate ideas for marketing materials and promote Franklin Templeton branding across media platforms Maintain disciplined CRM, activity tracking, pipeline management and reporting standards What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role? Bachelor's degree, preferably in a finance - related discipline 8 - 12 years of relevant sales experience in the asset management and/or financial industry Strong proven track record in asset raising within the Thailand wealth distribution market across channels Established strong relationships with key distribution partners in Thailand Strong relationship management skills and experience - demonstrating consultative and strategic selling skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai due to the role's coverage High levels of personal and professional integrity, with the ability to build deep, trusted relationships Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations both in person and virtually Experience working within a regional APAC sales framework Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively within a regional team environment #MID_SENIOR_LEVEL Experience our welcoming culture and reach your professional and personal potential!
