Operate and perform maintenance on the equipment used at each job location
Connect and disconnect pump trucks from iron pipes
Operate and maintain the fluid ends
Operate sand silos to control the amount of sand loaded into the hopper as needed
Perform pump maintenance such as packing pumps and swapping seats and valves
Responsible for maintaining grease levels on equipment to prevent failure
Perform basic rig up and rig down
Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies by attending all required HSE training sessions, safety meetings, Job Safety Analysis, and always utilizing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Other duties as assigned Minimum 1 year oilfield experience preferred
Clear communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak English preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions promptly and accurately
Able to safely operate and maintain assigned equipment during a 12+ hour work shift that will include days or nights, weekends, and holidays
Able to perform duties safely in all weather conditions
Must be able to work closely with others and under time-sensitive deadlines, which may include emergency response situations
Must be physically able to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, crawl, walk on uneven surfaces, and climb equipment ladders or stairs throughout the work shift
Must be physical able to occasionally lift or move up to 80 pounds
