Plan and lead imaginative, age-appropriate activities tailored to each child's individual needs. Observe, assess, and document children's development to celebrate their progress and plan next steps. Build warm, trusting relationships with children, families, and your colleagues. Maintain a safe, secure, and inspiring environment, with a strong focus on safeguarding and health & safety.
