Responsibilities
- Support renewal execution across assigned contracts and customer accounts

- The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

- The ability to travel 10-20% of the time
- The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- 3+ years of experience supporting renewals, contracts, or sales operations
- Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, Gainsight)
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and stakeholders
- Work experience in the manufacturing or automation industry

Job Description As a Renewal Specialist, you support the renewal execution of customer contracts and subscriptions, partnering with Customer Success Managers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate renewals across the portfolio. You will report to the Team Lead or Regional Manager and may work remotely from anywhere in Canada. Your work will be remote, with some travel to customers sites.
