Additional Information

ROLE SUMMARY Pfizer Commercial Oncology is introducing the world to the next era of cancer care. With a growing portfolio of novel therapies, industry-leading R&D, and a goal of delivering eight breakthroughs by 2030 across major cancer types, we're translating cutting-edge science into market-shaping impact. Here, you'll partner with exceptional colleagues across scientific, medical, and manufacturing teams, backed by advanced digital and AI-enabled infrastructure and the authority to accelerate medicines from discovery to delivery. Guided by our values of courage, excellence, equity, and joy, you'll have the opportunity to stretch your skills and build a career that evolves with you-across teams, roles, and the Pfizer enterprise. Join us to make history - for patients, for their families, for the future. First launched in 2019, PADCEV has changed the treatment landscape by becoming a standard of care for the treatment of locally advanced/metastatic urothelial carcinoma (la/mUC). Last November, we launched in Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer (MIBC) for cis-ineligible patients. We're expecting an additional indication expansion for cis-eligible patients in August this year, or sooner. There is meaningful opportunity for growth and the MIBC launch has been tremendously successful thus far. PADCEV is a dynamic, challenging, high priority brand within the Pfizer Oncology portfolio. This role will closely collaborate with our co-promote partner, Astellas, to develop, execute and measure all Patient initiatives. The PADCEV brand team needs someone who can work in a fast-paced environment with the broader team, cross-functional partners, alliance partners, and be nimble and comfortable with ambiguity at times. Strong communication, project ownership, cross-functional partnership, and adding to a positive team culture, are all requirements for this job.
