About the role

We have multiple entry level opportunities in our Claims teams where you will manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims while working closely with injured workers, employers and treating health practitioners. Case management at EML is a team effort. You will be supported by experienced specialists including Technical Specialists, Injury Management Specialists, Mobile Case Managers and Team Leaders. Your focus will be delivering a high level of service while supporting injured workers in their recovery and return to work. The positions will be a full time, permanent based in our Parramatta office, with work-from-home flexibility (up to 3 days per week) considered after successful completion of probation.
Responsibilities
- Provide early, timely and empathetic service to injured workers and employers.
- Manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims in line with legislation and compliance requirements.
- Deliver a positive customer experience while overseeing end to end outcomes for each claim.
- Communicate accurate and clear information about claims, entitlements, obligations and available options.
- Conduct claim reviews, case conferences and face to face meetings with clients when required.
- ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in medical, hospitality, retail or corporate environments with a strong customer service focus is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
- Proactive and self motivated with the ability to think creatively when engaging with workers, employers and providers.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
