POSITION SUMMARY
The Vice President of Sales and Program Management provides executive leadership for revenue growth across Federal, State, and Local Government accounts and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) within the healthcare services and medical equipment management sector. This role drives strategic sales initiatives, program execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer-centric solutions while ensuring profitable growth and operational excellence.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies to grow revenue across government and OEM markets while expanding and retaining existing client relationships.
Lead complex, consultative sales and solution development efforts in partnership with Client Partners, Sales and Operations leadership, and clinical and commercial teams.
Own business planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and resource allocation to ensure consistent performance and visibility across strategic programs.
Provide direct leadership and development for a high-performing organization, including a Vice President of Sales, Strategic Account Executives, a Director of Program Management, and Program Managers, along with matrixed sales resources.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to align strategy, ensure execution, and address operational and commercial challenges.
Engage senior healthcare leaders and executives to align Agiliti solutions with customer needs, drive value realization, and improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, operational efficiency, and profitability through data-driven decision-making and disciplined execution.
