Drive productization of Agentic AI & Voice AI (ASR/TTS) from concept to production
Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear product direction and execution plans
Work closely with Engineering (Backend, ML, UI), Design, and QA to ship high-quality releases with speed
Partner with Field teams (Solution Consulting, Sales, Customer Success) to:
Understand real customer problems
Support high-impact deals and implementations
Own end-to-end delivery, including PRDs, prioritization, execution, and post-release outcomes
Stay ahead of industry trends in GenAI, speech technologies, and enterprise AI applications
Mentor APMs and help raise the bar for product thinking and execution
What Makes You Qualified?
5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise software
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex workflows into scalable, productized solutions.
Analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
Proven ability to operate with:
High ownership (you don't wait for clarity, you create it)
Bias for action (you ship and iterate, not over-analyze)
Comfort with ambiguity (problem statements are often not well-defined)
Strong product judgment with ability to balance:
Customer needs
Technical constraints
Business impact
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, ML, GTM teams)
Exposure to GenAI, Voice AI, or related domains is a strong plus
Strong communication skills, especially in customer-facing and stakeholder-heavy environments

Job Description
What does success look like
Product team is responsible for end-to-end ownership of the several Sprinklr products and build products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with crossfunctional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy. You will independently drive ambiguous problem areas into shipped, adopted features and reduce dependency on leadership for day-to-day decisions.
