The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Global Logistics Senior Analyst for Global Logistics, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Responsible for performing analysis and maintenance of logistic & transportation transactional data
Serve as the first line of support for end users, answering 'how-to' questions and resolving process-related queries on a Global level Analyze negative trends or delays in the process to identify root causes enabling identification of proactive improvement opportunities
Cooperate with Global Logistics to ensure process, tools and performance improvements
Deliver training to involved parties and other team members
Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to support management decision-making Identify, propose, and lead continuous improvement initiatives Proactive problem identification and resolution
Close cooperation and follow-up with sources of supply (Manufacturing Plants, Distribution Centers) on a Global level Responsible for escalation of issues as needed
Respond to order status enquiries from Customer Service / Business Logistic Services Organizations Globally
Ensure logistics processes comply with internal controls, trade compliance and customs regulations
Observe and report process risks to the Supervisor Responsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets
Maintain and continuously improve the team's knowledge base, work instructions, and training materials
Support other system deployments and testing globally
Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor
