The skills you'll need
In this role, you'll need to have specific knowledge and experience of commercial banking. We'll also be looking for you to have experience of building strong relationships with customers and a good understanding of SME businesses along with a proactive approach and commercial awareness.
We'd also like you to have:
Sound knowledge and experience in financial analysis, credit stewardship and a detailed understanding of the banking sector
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with senior colleagues
The ability to build trust with customers and contribute to a collaborative and enthusiastic working environment within our team
