Requirements
8-12 years of experience in experience strategy, service design, or digital innovation.
Proven success leading multi-squad design or strategy organizations.
Deep knowledge of design thinking and user-centered design methods.
Track record of delivering measurable member impact through digital, membership, or service experiences.
Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to align senior leaders.

The annual salary range for this position is $195,000.00-$370,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
