What end result does it produce? -Increase in number of National, Senior, Elite and Star Achievers -Improved year-on-year conversion of Sectoral Achievers to become National Achievers -A strong, visible, and sustainable pipeline of MDRT-ready achievers How would "success" for this position be described? -Increase in number of National, Senior, Elite and Star Achievers year-on-year -Higher conversion of Sectoral Achievers to National Achievers -Increased number of leaders producing achievers in their respective units, branches, areas and districts. -Strong participation and completion rates in Achiever-to-MDRT development programs Job Accountabilities Design and implement development initiatives, focusing on productivity, discipline, mindset, and capability uplift. Develop structured programs, learning tracks, and milestones. Promote and drive participation in learning opportunities relevant to achiever and MDRT readiness, including trainings, mentoring, and best-practice sharing. Implement achiever productivity and transformation programs, such as mentoring, discipline-building, activity management, case size improvement, and mindset initiatives and collaborate closely with Sector Heads, Sales Directors, MDRT Champions, and Agency Leaders. Identify, recognize, and elevate National Achievers through structured recognition platforms (assemblies, branch meetings, collaterals, features, and events) to reinforce aspiration and right behaviors. Ensure full compliance with all company policies, procedures, programs, and instructions in the execution of achiever development initiatives. Perform other related functions as may be assigned to support national achiever and MDRT pipeline objectives. Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
