About the role
The Maintenance Electrical Supervisor is responsible for planning, scheduling, and safely directing all electrical maintenance activities within the refinery. Plan, schedule, and manage electrical maintenance work using SAP Forelog Lead daily shop and field activities, including: Supporting electrical work execution Reviewing Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHAs) Troubleshooting electrical issues Supervise and coordinate electrical work on low- and high-voltage systems Participate in and contribute to meetings related to: Manpower planning Scheduling and KPIs Project coordination and support Support and drive site safety initiatives such as risk reduction programs, Intelex, LEGO, and other HSE systems Perform maintenance planning activities, including budgeting, resource allocation, and material procurement Provide leadership and supervision to: 6-10 direct reports 1-3 indirect reports Ensure safe execution of electrical isolations and switching procedures Promote reliability through effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs What do you need for this role?
