If this role calls to you, we encourage you to apply.** Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Schedule and manage logistics for team meetings, including creating agendas and preparing documents, for the Native Self-Determination team Coordinate with Meeting Planners for catering and virtual meeting planning assistance when needed Arrange and coordinate appointments and travel for members of the team, including involvement in site visits and domestic/international travel, as needed Process expense reports Coordinate with Information Technology when equipment is needed Interact with, provide guidance to, and respond to questions from grantees, consultants, and other external partners, including helping to manage the Native Self-Determination inquiry inbox Provide general proofreading and editing Coordinate document and information management tasks that add value for the Native Self-Determination team Other Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as back-up to the Administrator of the Native Self-Determination team Perform other duties as assigned
